Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

If any items that you purchase are damaged or are incorrectly manufactured by us, please contact us immediately so that we can try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please send images of the damage or issue that you have. A replacement item will be sent or a refund will be issued only after contacting us.

If your item is not to your expectations, it must be returned at your own expense for a refund or replacement specifying the issue with the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where a refund will not be granted:

  • If the item is personalised and has been made to order.
  • If the item has been specifically designed and the design was proofed by you before manufacture.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund once it has been approved, first check your account where you paid from. Please be patient as payment may take a few days to appear in your account.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bespoke Engravers, 38 St Lukes Avenue, Ramsgate, CT117JG.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item to us, please ensure that the items are undamaged and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if any), will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item or refund to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
